PRIVATE EVENT IDEAS
BOOKING YOUR EVENT
Private events are booked by groups who want to have a paint party. Event hosts may choose the painting their group paints from our portfolio. Private events require a minimum of 12 painters, $40/person for 2 hours of painting instruction. Call us at 541-731-3507 to inquire about booking your event, the date, time, location and painting your group wants from our portfolio. The fee structure accommodates venues in the Eugene and Springfield area. Venues outside of the area may be subject to additional fees.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking that can be used toward the total balance. The full balance is due 24 hours prior to your event. If each person registers her/himself, online registration closes 24 hours before your scheduled event. Additional fees may apply if extra painting time is requested. Beverages are not included in the cost. Paint fee includes 16" x 20" canvas, paints, apron to wear, easel to use, supplies and instruction.
We provide all of the supplies for painters to use including easels, 16" x 20" canvases, paints, brushes and aprons and 2 hours of art instruction.
SIPPING & SNACKS
You may enjoy food and beverages during your party! Snacks and sips are not included in the paint fee.
PRIVATE EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. The deposit is non-refundable and in the case of a cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your event, registrants may receive a credit toward a future open event within 30 days of your original scheduled event date. The host forfeits the non-refundable deposit by cancelling at any time. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to your event forfeit all entry fees.
We will start class and end class on time. We will do our best to catch up anyone who arrives within 15 minutes of the start time. After 15 minutes, painters are responsible for catching up on their own.
