PRIVATE EVENT IDEAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EVENTS
Open events are open to the public and are $35/painter. We choose the painting, date and time and anyone 7 years or older may register and participate. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Registration closes at 10 pm the day before the event. Register online by clicking on the Paint with Us tab. We teach all of our events at our studio located at: 222 Polk Street, Suite B, Eugene, OR. Beverages are not included in the painting fee. You may bring wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food to our studio. No hard alcohol is permitted in the studio. All alcohol must be served to guests by Pink Buffalo Paint and Sip team members. No open containers of alcohol can leave the premises.
Private events are booked by groups who want to have a paint party in our studio at 222 Polk Street, Unit B, Eugene, OR. Private event hosts may choose the painting their group paints from our portfolio. Private events require a minimum of 12 painters, $40/person for 2 hours of painting instruction. Our studio accommodates up to 24 painters.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking that can be used toward the total balance. You may pay the balance in full on the event date if one person is paying for the group. If each person registers her/himself, online registration closes at 8 pm the day before your scheduled event. Additional fees may apply if extra painting time is requested. Beverages are not included in the cost. Paint fee includes 16" x 20" canvas, paints, apron to wear, easel to use, supplies and instruction. HYBRID OPEN/PRIVATE EVENTS
Do you want to choose the painting, event date and time for your group but don't have 12 people for a private event? Choose the hybrid option! Here's how it works!
You, the host, schedule your hybrid event by calling Piper at 541-731-3507. You choose the painting, date and time that works best for your group. $210 (6 seats at $35/each) is due upon booking to schedule your hybrid event. Pink Buffalo will open it up as a open event and allow the public to register. All sales are final with hybrid events and the host accepts full responsibility for collecting funds from their guests - even if they do not attend. No refunds, partial refunds, or deferrals for a future date will be given.
We provide all of the supplies for painters to use including easels, 16" x 20" canvases, paints, brushes and aprons and 2 hours of art instruction.
Our studio is located at 222 Polk Street in the Whiteaker area in Eugene, Oregon, two blocks west of Ninkasi. Our studio can host up to 28 painters. We have a parking lot and there is free on-street parking available on Polk Street.
SIPPING & SNACKS
Registrants may bring wine and beer to our studio. OLCC regulations require our team to pour your wine & beer for you and provide plastic-ware for your wine & beer. All opened alcohol containers must be consumed on site. (No open containers may be taken from the premises.) You may bring food for your group. Plan to bring all desired serving items for your food including: plates, napkins, forks, spoons, knives, serving utensils, ice, serving plates, etc.
OPEN EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. In the case of a cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your event, registrants may receive a credit toward a future open event within 30 days of your original scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to your event forfeit all entry fees. If you cannot attend a party for which you have registered, you may give your seat to a friend for that party and call 541-731-3507 with the name change.
PRIVATE EVENT CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. The $80 deposit is non-refundable and in the case of a cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your event, registrants may receive a credit toward a future open event within 30 days of your original scheduled event date. The host forfeits the $80 non-refundable deposit by cancelling at any time. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to your event forfeit all entry fees.
We will start class and end class on time. We will do our best to catch up anyone who arrives within 15 minutes of the start time. After 15 minutes, painters are responsible for catching up on their own.
